Returns, Refunds & Event Date Responsibility

Because our corsages and buttonholes are made using fresh flowers and are often custom-designed for a specific event date, our policy differs from standard retail items.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes incorrect colour selection, style preference, size choice, or event cancellation.

Perishable & Custom Items

All corsages and buttonholes are considered perishable goods and custom-made products. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a fault or error has occurred on our part.

Event Date Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the event date selected at checkout is correct.

Orders are prepared specifically for the nominated event date to ensure freshness and quality. If an incorrect date is selected and the order has already been prepared or dispatched, the order will be non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

If you notice an error with your event date, please contact us as soon as possible at corsages.melbourne@gmail.com. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or collection.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Natural Flower Variations

Flowers are a natural product. Variations in colour, size, or bloom stage are normal and are not considered faults. Seasonal availability may require substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
